Frylands Wood has large car park suitable for coaches. The main entrance is on Featherbed Lane, one mile south east of the junction with Court Wood Lane, 300 yards past Farleigh Dean Crescent if coming from Croydon direction.
PLEASE remember to drive slowly (5 mph limit) in the Car Park for the safety of the children.

Frequent trains connect Croydon to London with journey times of approximately 20 minutes. From Croydon get a Tram to New Addington Tram Stop and see the directions below. Central London can be reached in an hour from Frylands Wood.

Frylands Wood is on Featherbed Lane, one mile south east of the junction with Court Wood Lane, 300 yards past Farleigh Dean Crescent if coming from Croydon direction. We strongly suggest trying the route before your visit to ensure you arrive on time.

Buses T31 & T33 go to the top end of Featherbed Lane but not past Frylands Wood. Get off at the Yew Tree Way stop just before junction with Courtwood Lane and there is a 20-25 minute flat walk along Featherbed Lane (please use the bridle-way when you get to Farleigh Dean Crescent rather than walk along the road).

Buses 64 & 130 go to bottom of Gravel Hill & New Addington Tram Stop. Get off at Gravel Hill or Addington Park stop for 25-30 minute flat walk along Featherbed Lane (please use the bridle-way when you get to Farleigh Dean Crescent rather than walk along the road) or for a shorter 15-20 minute, but steeper, walk get off at New Addington Tram Stop & follow the directions in the Tram section.

Buses 359 & 466 go to the Gravel Hill stop & walk or Addington Village Interchange where you can transfer to Tram (see directions for no's 64 & 130).

Buses 353 & 654 stop at Addington Village Interchange ONLY. Walk for 5 minutes to Gravel Hill & then walk along Featherbed Lane or transfer to the Tram (see directions for no's 64 & 130).

Buses 314 & 664 stops at Addington Village Interchange near the bottom of Gravel Hill & New Addington Tram Stop (see directions for no's 64 & 130).

Buses T32 runs between Addington Village Interchange near the bottom of Gravel Hill & New Addington Tram Stop ONLY (see directions for no's 64 & 130).
